Week One: Sleep Program #1
The Sleep Your Fat Away Audio #1 is to be turned on every night before you go to sleep at a barely audible volume. The Audio will play all night & your subconscious mind will listen while you sleep. By rewiring the subconscious mind you will be creating the mindset needed to lose weight & keep it off.
If you have trouble falling asleep the first couple times that is okay. Soon your mind will adjust to the audio and it will actually become a sleep aid.
Don’t worry if you sleep for less than 8 hours per night. The main programming takes place during the first 4-5 hours so you are still getting the full effect of the brain training! If you sleep longer than 8 hours feel free to put the Sleep Your Fat Away Audio on repeat.

Week Two: Preparation of the Virtual Gastric Band
The Virtual Gastric Band is your new friend and Partner in Crime!
Before you get the Virtual Gastric Band, your stomach is about the size of a melon. It can expand to a very large melon if you overeat and stretch it out.
A gastric band fits like a collar around the top end of your stomach and creates a small pouch the size of a large golf or tennis ball. When you eat, the pouch fills up and you feel full. Your stomach signals to your brain ‘I’M FULL’ and you will stop eating.

Hooray! The time has come for you to get your best buddy, The Virtual Gastric Band, installed! I advise you to make the first time you listen to this Audio a really special moment. Set the scene for yourself first… Maybe light a candle, use some essential oils (grapefruit, lavender, or rose oil are my favorites), and set your intention to experience the most PERFECT Virtual Operation that will give you maximum effects.
During Week 3 you will listen to the Gastric Band Installation Audio Consciously and very Intently as described above. After that you will listen to the audio the same way listened to the Sleep Your Fat Away Audios, while you sleep!
